摸高度酒,放调料腌制24小时,晒几天再阴凉处风吹几天,十天半个月左右就可以吃了。 烟台没法做室内太热臭了室外太冷 冻了
腊肉需要气温0度以上7/8度以下 没有太阳又不下雨的日子里 阴干 晶莹剔透,一看就是色香味俱佳
